How to find Alan Cooper's goal-oriented design practice?
Achtung! I got acquainted with the activities of Alan Cooper and his so-called goal-oriented approach to designing user interaction with the interface. I re-read all his books on this subject: from "Psychiatric hospital in the hands of patients" to the latest fourth edition "On the interface". Everything is cool, but ... there is one but! Alan, where's the practice? I decided to search the net and ... I did not find any examples of the implementation of his methodology :(
Please help everyone who is in the subject! I will be very, very grateful to you! :)

Perhaps it will be useful for someone too. I decided to write to Alan Cooper himself with a question about the practice and he recommended the book "Kim Goodwin: Designing for the Digital Age". I read, I get high, there is an excerpt :)
