What programming languages are needed for a mega modest 3d mmorpg?

I don't even need any graphics, I just have filled pixels (even worse than minecraft).
The meaning of the game is to fight with each other for land where you can get food, gold, wood and capture / squeeze out households (farms, castles) from clans. Multiplayer game.
This is a kind of the most basic, on which graphics and so on and so forth will then be drawn on.
In short, what is the minimum needed to get such a mega simple and not beautiful, but still an MMORPG game?
UPD: the game is initially conceived from scratch, but the engines can be considered, the only question is about the engines, what do they already have ready?

There are many more factors:
* Is there a ready-made engine or is it written from 0
* Is there knowledge in any of the languages *
Is there an understanding of the client-server architecture
for the love2d client .
With the server it’s more difficult, you can’t do it with a move. But if you want, look aside
Performance:
Go, C++
Development speed and portability:
C#, Java

I would advise you to pay attention to Java + LibGDX.

Depends on the main platform. Probably worth choosing from Libgdx/java and Unity/C#
