What program to read PST file?

Good afternoon,
There is a local PST from MS Outlook 2003, password protected and larger than 2 GB. The company faced the issue of migrating some services, in connection with which the use of a local PST file will not be possible directly from Outlook, and the size of the allocated mail does not allow storing everything in it.
The question is, what program, as needed, can then open the PST file only for reading mail and files attached to it, if Outlook "will not" be able to do this. Search capability is highly desirable.
A quick search on the Internet did not give positive results, when reading the comments one gets the impression that all programs either corrupt PST in order to sell a recovery program, or trojans.

I remember that I used Kernel Outlook PST Viewer and it really worked.
