How to send mail every time with a new image?

use Outlook 2013 to receive and send mail.
PS Each time in the message from the supplier is relevant at the moment (for example, today is the election, and he has a picture about the electoral theme).
Probably, the pictures are "stretched" from some service, and the mail program template takes a new picture and sends it to the template.
