How to leave if mso tags when forwarding an email from any service other than outlook to outlook?

There is an email code:

<!--[if !mso]><!-- -->
<td height="285" width="280" align="center" bgcolor=""  style="font-family: helvetica, sans-serif;vertical-align: top;" >
<table cellpadding="0" border="0" cellspacing="0" width="50%" align="right" >
<!--<![endif]-->
<!--[if mso]>
<td height="94" width="280" align="center" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" style="font-family: helvetica, sans-serif;vertical-align: top;" >
<table cellpadding="0" border="0" cellspacing="0" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" width="50%" align="right" >
<![endif]-->

If you send a letter directly to outlook, everything is fine, but if you send it to gmail, for example, and forward it to outlook, then if mso tags no longer work in the letter.
Are there any solutions to this problem?
