Are there any Outlook plugins to display tasks in folders and links to directories?

I have Outlook 2010 (I can put 13 if necessary), all letters are sorted into folders that characterize projects. I'm looking for
1. Add-ins that allow tasks to be dumped not in a common sack, but directly tied in a folder. It is desirable that the general list of tasks also remain.
2. Link directories to folders on a local or network drive. For example, you click on the sort folder and the directory opens.
I tried to put an add-in, which is positioned as a project management add-on. I don't remember the name anymore. The point is that he knew about what he needed, but he was sooo clumsy.
