What program to make video from text?

Dear community, can you advise something? The bottom line is that I need to create several videos from text like a slideshow, where each phrase is a separate slide.
I'm almost satisfied with animoto - very beautiful,

but it has 3 minuses:
1. at least 1 slide must be a picture - I don't need it
2. the price tag with the dollar exchange rate bites a lot
3. the site does not work very stable

Cool, but there is a lot of text, and as a result, it turns out a lot of work to fit the text to each slide. on the example of a phrase of the same size, but in fact there may be a phrase of 2-3 words. maybe out of 10-15, to make it look good, you need to bother (maybe Vegas somehow knows how to adjust the size of the text to the rectangle selected for it? It would suit me, probably, text of any length looks harmonious in animoto)

In general, I did everything in php + imagemagick + ffmpeg.
Slides are generated as transparent PNGs with text that is overlayed in ffmpeg with fade in / out, text processing and command generation for ffmpeg in php and automatically uploaded to YouTube via the API by cron.
Not super mega effects, but with good fonts, background footage and music, it turned out quite enough

I use Pinnacle Studio 19 Ultimate. What you need it to do is create slides based on titles. The convenience is that you can create slide templates by pre-setting the text on the screen as you like. You can set the font size, its color, choose the transition animation between slides.
