I know that there are programs with such possibilities. But met only on software for Windows or Linux. Xournal for Linux, for example, you drew an oval unevenly, well, with a mouse, clumsily - and the program gave it the correct shape for you. PDF-Xchange for Windows: You can quickly change between tools using shortcuts and quickly draw shapes. And when you hold the shift, then there are such anchor points. It helps a lot when in lectures you need to quickly draw something in the text. Either MS Office or Google draw.
