It is necessary to control the Mac from Windows and transfer key combinations with Win, Insert, Ctrl, Alt, etc. to it.
TightVNC does not pass Insert. TeamViewer does not pass Win.
Is there any solution that is devoid of such restrictions, ideally I need to send ALL hotkey combinations, or at least combinations with the above buttons.

Good afternoon!
You are wrong about TeamViewer. There are no problems with the transfer of keys. After connecting, you need to select actions - transfer keyboard shortcuts and that's it.
Win key transfer check tested on version - 7.0.14563
