How to add a user in NoMachine 5 on Windows or how to connect to a Windows desktop via NX?

Can't connect to NoMachine 5 server on Windows. Tried as a pair of login / password the corresponding pair of the administrator account. There is information on the Internet about adding a user only in Linux. I tried to add a user to Linux, then transfer the database files to Windows.
