Everyone has a smartphone. It has a timer. I set it for 50 minutes, started it, it worked, went to make tea, returned, set the timer.
Here people invent a lot of problems))
Maybe someone will be useful. I found a good free program - Workrave
Old-cheekbones will check it out)
Stupid users :) There is always some not very important issue that you can go to discuss or consult.
I use an ice-book-reader, get distracted by nice coloring in large print, read a thread of fiction, and eat.
Well, everything is complicated here ... You need to write a program or a script to bring the window to the foreground on the whole screen with the message that it's time to go pour tea. And the program should check like this - it counts 5 minutes, and then takes pictures through the webcam every, say, a minute. And it processes it with a neural network - if it finds a cup of tea in the frame, it checks if there are exactly the same pictures (maybe you slipped a photo like you drank tea last time) in the database (yes, you have to store the history). If a cup of tea is found in the webcam snapshot, and there were none, it considers that the task is completed, and after another 5 minutes it releases the block.
I submitted an idea, implement it :)
PS Actually, you can really do all this in python.
The Aura of the Forest program reproduces natural noises. Only it is necessary to remove very sharp ones (cries of birds, etc.).
