How to learn self-organization?
I moved from the office to remote work, but at home I can’t organize myself in any way. I'm too used to the fact that someone is sitting next to me and there is no way to just turn on a TV series or a toy on my computer ... But there is one at home. How to deal with it? Efficiency drops. The management is unhappy. They are interested in both purely psychological methods and technical ones (time tracking programs, tomatoes, drawing up plans, it is even possible to somehow block all entertainment resources for oneself while working). It’s stupid of course for an adult, but I really don’t want to lose my job. :(

To-do list on paper.
But only honestly compiled specifically for this day. Then you will have an inner feeling that whatever you do, you will be free.
And if the list is not specific or conditionally infinite, then this is not good.
Well, it doesn't look like you don't want to lose. Wouldn't want to lose - would be motivated. Want more motivation? Take a loan, have children - that will be a negative motivation.
The serial in the background is not always bad, some even abuse it in the office. If the tasks are performed at the same time, then there are usually no problems. Internet blocking in the office perfectly manages the mobile Internet from the phone.
Self-organization methods are usually very subjective, you can try this:
- In the morning, set yourself tasks for the day, you can send a list of these tasks to your boss.
- In the evening, make a report on what has been done and why something has not been done.
Perhaps the problem is not only in insufficient self-organization, but also in insufficient qualifications in some issues - you will just see what you stumbled over in work (when working in a team, some issues are easily resolved by a question between cases to a colleague, which is not available remotely), there will be a reason for self-learning.
