Our customers are not only from Russia, but also from other parts of the world.
How to conclude an agreement with a customer that is physically impossible to reach?

Therefore:
- We send the client a scan of the agreement signed and stamped + invoice (can be done directly with a seal and signature from CRM)
- Accepts money to the account
- We do the work, do closing documents, send their scan to the client
- All this is sent by Russian post (better than ordinary by letter)
- After 3 weeks, we start hammering on the phone to sign and send it back
. To simplify life, it adds a clause to the contract that signed scans of documents are also considered valid
Tax authorities, all these documents are, in fact, not needed.
