What price to call to the customer with such requests?

Hello Toaster!
The question is, the customer contacted me and his requirements are as follows:
Courier service company, site on the engine.
His wishes:
1) he wants to redesign the site + a couple of improvements
2) in his personal account, make the invoice follow the template, since stores work with them and such a thing is needed in your personal account. (i.e. they fill out information about 1 time recipient, and it is saved as a template. in the future, they simply select the recipient, and the invoice comes out.)
3) integration with the system with "courier 2008" delivery information, online applications
and now the question is, I have 2 programmers on staff, not with very large experience
For us, integration is a difficult issue, tell me, will it be difficult to make such an order in terms of programming?
And how much is the price tag to announce to him approximately? I understand that it’s hard for you to judge without technical specifications, but approximately superficially at least. Help

How to calculate the price for a project:

  1. Calculate how much you want to receive per month, depending on your skill
  2. You divide your imaginary monthly salary by the number of working hours per month (approximately 150), you get the price per hour
  3. You calculate how many hours the development and rendering of the project will take
  4. You name the price according to the watch

I always evaluate the price tag according to the principle:
Approximate amount of work -> approximately how much time I need (each works at a different speed) -> how much I want to receive per month $ -> divide the desired salary per month / how much time it will take rounded up (after all we want a certain salary per month, and not the fact that orders for every day + deadlines are sometimes badly fulfilled)
This is the approximate cost. Always evaluate yourself, evaluate well, do not be afraid to name a large figure, because apart from you, no one else will take care of your satiety. The task of each customer is to keep you and get the product at the lowest price.

In setting the price, the customer must proceed from your cost of work, profit margins, and an understanding of how much money the customer has.
If your programmers are not able to estimate the amount of work, then they will not do this work, refuse the order.

Fully agree with Denis Smirnov

Without TK, this is an impossible task.
In such cases, I suggest that the client develop a TK, for a small fee, say 1 thousand rubles. It takes me about a day to do this, after that I show the client he makes adjustments and pays for it. Further, on the basis of this adjusted technical specification, the cost is formed. Even if the client is not satisfied with the cost and he jumps, then you will at least partially compensate for the day worked, and the client will get an idea of what he really wants and find out the order of prices.

Without TK, this is an impossible task. The wording "to redesign the site and implement a couple of improvements" is too vague. Invoice by template is the simplest task. Integration with a certain "Courier 2008" - did not work with it, is there an API? Most likely, information about the delivery will be easy to pull out, but what is meant by "online orders" is not clear. Offhand from 60 thousand to a couple of hundred.

30-60k, a month or two ("2 programmers not with very much experience")
maybe I overestimate programmers - correct

If there is no clear TOR, then you can offer to hire your team for a certain period, let's say you all work together on the project once a day for 4 hours, at this time the customer can indicate any changes to you, make changes to the original task, in general, change what whatever. The customer pays a certain sum, a month in advance, and you work, setting a very approximate time frame.
