What are the best forum engines in your opinion?

Something blew up. There are a lot of forum engines and it is difficult to choose something suitable, something flexible, and most importantly, you want something proven, so that later there would be no problems with it. Holes, bugs, etc.
In general, can you advise which is better to use the engine for forums? In the blog segment (and not only), wordpress is at the helm, but what about forums?
