Why is authorization not working?

Hello! There is a site on CMS Tamaranga. After authorization, the user should be redirected to the main page, and the block with the login / register buttons should change to the profile control block. But this happens in a different way: the user is thrown to the main page, but he is still invited to enter or register, and only if the page is refreshed, this block will change to the desired one, to manage the profile. The most interesting thing is that on another site with completely identical files and database, everything works as it should, but not on this one. What could be the reason?
