Recently, from a working wi-fi, when connecting to one of the sites via ftp, FILEZILLA periodically gives an error:

Ошибка:	Соединение прервано после 20 секунд неактивности
Ошибка:	Невозможно подключиться к серверу

They said that perhaps the problem is that this port is blocked by the provider. So the question is: what port can be used instead of 21 for ftp? Or what else could be the problem?

The problem is that this FTP is either highly loaded or just configured in such a way that it breaks the connection for 20 seconds of inactivity. Nothing can be done here (well, only if you are not the admin of this server - then increase the timeout for inactivity :) ).
