Please advise a free program for creating and uploading them via ftp for windows and linux, I use jetscreenshot , almost everything suits me except for the watermark, which cannot be disabled and does not work under linux.
Opensource would be a huge plus.

I use jetscreenshot.com myself , there is FTP support.
Convenient utility: sits in the tray, intercepts pressing PrntScrn.
True, there is a minus - a translucent copyright is hung in the lower right corner, but it does not bother me.
