Plugin for Brackets eqftp does not apply changes to the document, what's the problem?

Plugin for Brackets eqftp connects, sees all folders and files, but does not apply changes to the document. Tried at home everything works with a bang. At work, refuse to apply changes to the file. Tried reinstalling both eqftp plugin and Brackets itself. Has anyone come across?
