Raising FTP for the scanner?

Good afternoon,
Tell me what I'm doing wrong:
In our company, scanning takes place on FTP, just a shared folder on server 01 (it also has a print server)
People go to the printer, select FTP in the address book and send it to the scan, then they take the file from the shared shared folder All servers
are physical
I need to transfer the scan to another server (from 01 to 02)
What I did on server 02 : printer (Canon imagerunner 2520i) -Created FTP in his address book, registered the address I go to the printer, select my new FTP, scan, but nothing happens
The question is, does it not send to my shared folder because the printer is NOT on the same server as the folder?
It turns out that in order for it to send to FTP, the printer itself must be located on the same server where FTP is deployed?

authorization for ftp and is guest\anonymous enabled? Have you checked, just put the file on ftp?
