How to massively manage geographically dispersed Linux machines?

Hello, the bottom line is, there are more than 100 computers in the organization that have Linux Mint installed and they are geographically distributed throughout the country. For example, a task appeared to copy scripts to computers to perform certain tasks, or in bulk, for example, install a certain program on them, or add a launch shortcut on the desktop. Connecting remotely to each computer is extremely long and inconvenient. There was an option to use the repository on your server and set up automatic updates from it on computers, but this option is only suitable for installing applications, and is also cumbersome. The question is, are there easier solutions for these tasks?
