How to set up custom billing for an access point?

Good afternoon.
We want to organize a Wi-Fi network in a small cottage village on our own. Unifi equipment is used. As access points - UniFi AP Outdoor +, as an EdgeRouter Lite router. The main access point is connected to the router via cable, the rest are connected to it via Wi-Fi.
Not satisfied with Unifi's built-in billing and statistics solution. I want something more advanced and specialized. In our region, it is difficult to find those who can correctly set everything up, and generally advise - I am writing here.
How to proceed in this case? What would you suggest? Thank you.
PS The question is, is it possible to install some kind of custom billing and monitoring system, and what is needed for this? As I understand it, a server is needed for all this, if there are no cloud solutions. And yet - what to google on this issue? I also read that for authorization in a Wi-fi network, to use billing, you must also configure RADIUS.

True, this one offers to flash UniFi in DD-WRT where everything is out of the box.
See how Mikrotik starts up without any flashing.
As an option, buy some cheap DD-WRT compatible router instead of EdgeRouter Lite.
2. Sputnik Hotspot System for Managed Wi-Fi Networks - also flashing.
3. Here is an option on pure OpeWRT. The main thing is with what ease it is put, because it is paid.
