What is the best way to organize a small media server/network storage for broadcasting 4K video content between two buildings?

And again, I welcome everyone, in general, I have two private buildings that are very close (right next to each other), in which the network is organized as follows: in the first building there is the main ADSL router TP-Link TD-W8961N to which a computer is connected via Wi-Fi adapter TP-Link TD WN821N, and 4K TV SONY KD55XG8096 (also via Wi-Fi network). In the second building, a TP-Link TL WR840N access point router is installed, which takes the Internet from the main router from the first building, and then transmits it via the LAN network to a computer with a gigabit network port. To make it more clear to you, I made such a simple network diagram:

The task is as follows: you need to turn a computer from the second building into a network storage of 4K video content for further access to it on a Sony Bravia TV from the first building. It turns out that somehow you need to send data packets in the following sequence: C2D PC With Gigabit Intel 82566DC-2 - TP-Link TL WR840N - TP-Link TD-W8961N - TV Sony KD55XG8096. All this, of course, sounds great, but here's just:

1) Will the characteristics of the existing network equipment and the characteristics of a potential server be enough for this kind of "broadcast"?

2) Even assuming that I will use only 1080P content - again, in order to transfer data from the specified computer to the TV, you need to somehow make these devices think that they are on the same network, but how exactly is this better to do in this case, I personally do not quite understand.

In general, I wonder if it is possible to somehow solve the problem with the existing equipment? If not, then before proceeding with further waste, I would like to see your "leading" advice on what exactly I should still buy.

Well, if the second access point, which takes the Internet from the first, is in bridge mode, then there are no problems, they are on the same network.
If not, make the bridge mode.
You can develop content in a bunch of ways, like the dlna option. If the TV can mount a network folder, then you can also use a network folder

Are the characteristics of the existing network equipment sufficient,
No. HD video and WiFi? In no case.
