Does anyone have the latest firmware for Anviz C2 and FACEPASS PRO?

I am the owner of these miserable pieces of iron. The distributor does not provide free firmware, much less support for its equipment. By the way, I do not advise anyone to buy Anviz biometric scanners!
So this is not the first year I have been looking for firmware on devices. Maybe at least they will make them work normally and stably a little))
I would be very grateful if anyone shares.
