How to copy files from disk to disk with integrity check?
There is a file server with disks in raid 10 on an integrated controller in the motherboard. It is necessary to move to another PC through intermediate copying to other disks so that there, by rearranging and configuring the source disks in a soft raid, you can pick up a copy back without data loss and file errors. Volume - 6-7GB, files - photos, videos, documents. OS used - Windows 10 + Windows Server 2012

Compression is not required.
But at will and need, you can add redundancy and set the most convenient size for transmission and intermediate storage.
Use rsync (DeltaCopy, csRsync) with the checksumm key. Run it twice to be sure, or copy it the normal way and then check it with rsync
