What the hell is with the domain resolution?

Hello!
There is a VPS on Hetzner.
It spins up to 10 sites, everything is fine
Today I felt the urge to ping from the local console on the test.mysite.ru server - the server response has no dns records I'm trying to ping
the root site mysite.ru - the same thing!
Heck!
From the Internet, all these sites work without problems and you can see them from all over the world, but this one is like bewitched!
Already a record And the hoster directly recorded test.mysite.ru its IP
one fig - it does not work!
Guys where to dig? I broke my whole head ..
PS Ubuntu 16.04 minimal

The problem was resolved. The cant was on the side of the registrar, I give a verbatim quote from their technical support:

Hello!
The fact is that for the domain in the "DNSSEC" section there are records that imply a chain of trust, but it breaks due to the fact that our DNS servers cannot create records of the RRSIG type .
If you go to your personal account.
In the "Domains" section, to the left of the domain, click on the pencil icon, then, in the "DNSSEC" field, delete the data and click the "Next" button, thereby sending the task for execution, the record will be deleted from the root servers and the domain information will be correct will be updated on all servers, including, of course, public ones, such as 8.8.8.8 The
information will be updated after the action you indicated, somewhere within a day.

@Casufi

1) Check which nameservers are used (cat /etc/resolv.conf should help)
2) dig on the nameserver to see what it gives (man dig)
For the first point, you may need to execute

It is possible that external addresses given to you from within will not be available. This is normal, in general. From within it is necessary to address to local addresses. Write in /etc/hostsor split-view DNS settings.
