Why does Cyberduck save a file every other time?

I use Cyberduck in conjunction with Sublime on Windows.
I click on the desired file in Cyberduck, it opens in Sublime, I edit it, I press Ctrl + S, the file seems to be saved, I close it, open it again and there are no changes, I edit it again, I save it from the second, and sometimes it only saves from 3-4 times .
There is also a problem that not the entire file is saved, for example, there is no last line or the last 2-3 lines.
Who faced such problems?
How to solve them?
Is the problem Cyberduck or Sublime?
