MacOS X <-> Debian permissions problem?

In general, the task is simple: get access to a home server on Debian Squeeze from a MacBook Pro. Lanyard connection so that there are no problems with WiFi. At first I did it as a white man through Disk Utility - Add NFS Server, everything went well after a couple of attempts and most of the files worked, but not all.
For example, when accessing the files of a certain folder, an error -108 is issued, and when I try to copy them, a message stating that I do not have rights to them. Okay, let's go through ssh and give permissions to everyone (screenshot ls -al below).
But no, it's still the same. Okay, NFS is buggy, let's go via FTP (via ExpanDrive, if important). We connect, we try to copy - again a feil. Same error, same result. Two different protocols produce the same error. At least strange. Also given that the files have a full chmod 777 and chown for me. Even in Finder, file previews are not created. And next to it lies exactly the same folder, also with pictures and the same theme rights - everything is ok. What could be the problem?
I tried to open the same files simply by going to ftp with a browser - everything works.
Here are the screenshots of the attempts:
There is access to this folder and everything is fine:

But this one is not. Where is the difference?

This is what the properties look like when accessed via FTP (which also doesn't work):

@uscr

Is maproot listed in /etc/exports?
Can you show me the FTP config?

@kekekeks

Raise samba (fresh Nautilus has a convenient gui for sharing), with it, oddly enough, there are fewer problems in the end.
