What podcasts / audiobooks do you listen to when your eyes and hands are busy?

I would like to spend time effectively. I ask you to advise useful, educational, not necessarily IT podcasts or audiobooks. (psychology, history, biography, scientific pop., etc.). Purely for general development.

When your eyes and hands are busy and you are not a beet stacking operator in the shop, then assimilation will be minimal. I had experience listening to audio books, webinars and the like at the height of the working day - zero sense
* all this is only from my own experience
