How to promote a podcast about programming?

My colleague and I started recording a podcast. There are currently two releases. Received a surprising amount of positive feedback.
We would like to attract more listeners. Whatever it is, everyone wants to be heard. Announced a pilot release on OpenNet, the effect was good. On LOR, to be honest, something is not very desirable for PR, crowds of trolls will run.
What other options are there?
The podcast itself, if anything - the first release , the second release .
