Need a jingle and background music?

Hello colleagues.
I'm about to start a communications podcast. I badly need a jingle and background music. If you can still get something in the open as a second one, then you need a unique jingle.
Perhaps someone will advise who to contact, or someone does it himself? Ready to buy for a reasonable amount.

I think you can easily turn to the father of Russian podcasting Vasily Strelnikov, he constantly wets jingles on the air.

About 3 tyr is author's music for such things. Respect for the desire to use copyright. By the way, look at special sites, I came across excellent musical fragments, and the cost is quite affordable, about 38 Baku. But no one bothers me to buy this piece of music, so I see the option of special music creation as more advanced.
