What is a good iOS app for listening to podcasts?

Kind.
I study English, for the last one and a half or two years I got hooked on listening to podcasts in English.
Everything would be fine, but after the last update of the standard app from apple, I got completely confused with the logic of its work.
The app and iTunec have a life of their own when downloading and syncing content.
The last update is godlessly buggy and shows weird empty gaps in the track listings of one album
. And other little things. In general, I decided to find an alternative, I stopped at 4 programs, somewhere they praise one, somewhere the second ...
What will the respected habra community say?
Downcast
Instacast 4
iCatcher
Pocket Casts 4
Actually the requirements are minimal, play, download and update yourself. Delete heard.

I used Downcast myself for a long time. A powerful program with a lot of features. She probably can do everything that is required from a podcast manager. There is a version for OS X.
Now I use Pocket Casts. I like the interface more, and I have enough opportunities.
The only sure way is to try each program on your own. I would suggest starting with Downcast. Most likely, stop there.

I suggest CastBox to try. The one with the orange logo, and then on Google Play, upon request, several applications with the same name at once.
