What platform can be used to organize paid online training, webinars, master classes?

I want to conduct paid lessons and workshops on photo processing, visual effects, 3D.
Can you please tell me a platform for organizing paid online training, webinars, master classes?
From the platform you need:
- Required: Reliable HD screen broadcast to 50-100-200 users without lags, glitches, delays and failures.
- Required: Billing - the ability to charge tuition fees, ie. built-in payment aggregator
- Desirable: Broadcast from a webcam
- Desirable: "Ask a question" function so that the user "raises his hand" and I see it right away
- Desirable: a thematic platform with an audience (i.e. a site on which people are looking for paid education)
Is there such a platform in RuNet? (while I plan to conduct training in Russian)
Although it is possible in the international arena (but payments are embarrassing - not everyone here still knows how to pay via PayPal and credit cards, and international sites usually do not offer other means of payment).

Now there are quite a lot of sites for webinars in Runet. But based on your requirements, I would recommend the myownconference service . It is not bad in terms of reliability, it can withstand the load of 500 people without problems, and even more so for 200 participants. Broadcast from a webcam, the "ask a question" function - it's all there too.

I am for integrated solutions for learning. Right now I am choosing a system for approximately such tasks, but plus I still need testing, tasks, user accounting, analytics, and so on. From what I liked is KAI-ISPYT , the guys raise a separate system and do whatever you want there, and at adequate prices, but at the same time I’m looking for some analogues for comparison.
There are still all sorts of Moodles where you can tie video conferences, but everything is done and supported there with your own hands, this option does not suit me, despite the fact that video conferences require a very, very powerful server.

Look at the comprehensive educational platform https://eduterra.pro/ . Complete tools for developing courses, managing access to them, payments, website, blog, certificates for students and all means for interaction, comments, questions, answers. Usually a minimum rate of 1000r per eye is enough.

Once this platform came in handy for me - https://home.learme.ru// The choice fell on it because of the ease of setup (everything that is needed is already there and is configured without dancing with a tambourine).

Under your requirements, there is no solution that would immediately fulfill all your requirements. Basically - accepting payments, built-in webinars and hosting for storing educational materials. I would recommend getcourse - for the most affordable price and the ability to store course materials.
If you conduct only webinars - myownconference, high stability.
If you need a "ready audience" of future buyers - udemy.
You can find a more detailed description of the services in the article: https://www.ispring.ru/elearning-insights/kak-sozd... . The authors of the article examined in detail the functions of the platforms Udemy, GetCourse, Lerme, Antitraining and other services for selling courses. The review is built in terms of features for creating courses and for selling.
