Learning to code from scratch, how good is a start?
I started to learn programming on my own, I thought to approach from the very basics and not grab a certain PL right away, because. I want to first have a more complete idea of the environment and stuff like that. In search of useful courses, I came across this one https://www.coursera.org/learn/algoritmizacija-vyc...
Actually, the question is, maybe someone knows something about it or from the description of the course will tell you how good the idea is to start with it, and already then pour in on the knurled.
A little introductory, it may be useful to understand the issue:
- A complete zero in matan and everything related to numbers / algorithms, etc.
- In the future, it is planned to study C ++

Firstly, you don’t need a matan not only to start, but even to work in 99% of cases. Secondly, courses are also not needed. If you want to start with the basics and get a general idea about the subject, then read "Code. The Secret Language of Computer Science" by Petzold.
First try to actually program and only then decide whether you want to do it.
If from scratch, then:
1) structural programming (sequence, fork, cycle).
Books Algorithms + Data Structures = Programs, Wirth
Delphi for Dummies, Rubenking
2) Fundamentals of OOP and Interfaces
