Is there an analogue of htmlacademy or javarush for beginner PHP developers in Russian?

The html academy courses make a good impression. Recommended them to a friend. But there are no PHP courses. Neither free nor paid by subscription. Only expensive paid ones, which are also tied to a calendar (the next one is in a million days). Is there a free or inexpensive alternative for PHP learners?

If you are a complete beginner, then here is a resource from Hexlet (completely free):

Sailed.
Courses of the html-academy (which, by the way, is a Russian-language tracing paper of a bourgeois resource and after which you can’t even get a layout designer) make a good impression.
What's next?
PHP courses, where they teach how to make queries to the database in a loop?

I advise you to look at the courses from the "Specialist" center with the teacher Igor Borisov (recordings of the course 2016 or 2017).
