What PC build would you recommend for 3D modeling/rendering and ultra gaming?

Good afternoon.

What build would you recommend for comfortable 3D modeling/rendering and ultra gaming? The plans are to make a white assembly in an NZXT case within 100-150K ₽.

There is a assembler on the official NZXT website, he collected this for me.

What do you say to that? Can you recommend something of your own? Maybe something in this assembly is not suitable or too weak for tasks. Can I replace the CPU with Ryzen? In general, I look forward to your advice.
