Estimate PC build 50-60k?

Hello!

In pieces of iron, a layman, collected something here, I would like to hear an expert opinion both on the issues below and in general on the assembly.

First of all, they are concerned about such questions: 1) Is it normal for a video card and a processor to make friends | processor and RAM 2) Will the boxed cooler for the processor be enough, will it make a lot of noise 3) Is the power supply power suitable?

1) Motherboard Gigabyte B450M DS3H rev. 1.0
2) Processor AMD Ryzen 5 Matisse 3600 OEM + Deepcool GAMMAXX 400
3) Video card GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER OC [GV-N166SOC-6GD 1.0]
4) RAM Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 2x8Gb
5) Power supply be quiet! SYSTEM POWER 9 500W [BN246]

6) Enclosure GiNZZU C200 [17142] Micro-ATX, Standard-ATX Mid-Tower
7) SSD A-Data XPG SX6000 Lite M.2 ASX6000LNP-512GT-C
8) 23.8" Monitor Asus VA24EHE

Another good option is to look at the 5600xt, which is more productive than the 1660s, almost equal to the 2060, but only at an adequate price, since they recently came out.

The memory is overpriced, it’s better to take a crucial ballistics aes 3200, the power supply is exactly 500 not very good, the component base is China, it’s better to take a 600-watt power pack there, it costs a little overpay. Yes, and if you don’t really fumble, why do you need a processor with x? Better take 3600, it will be about the same price, don't take the version with a side cooler, just overpay for the dubious quality of the cooler, take better gamax 300
