What microserver?

Hello.
There is a task to put an organization that does not have access to the Internet and is far from civilization, a small server within the network.
The server will run under linux and provide a web interface for the order accounting system (MySQL + PHP muzzle)
I would like to place all this on a neat computer that is at least fault-tolerant to a minimum (at least raid 1, hardware) and at the same time takes up a minimum of space and didn't cost a lot of money. Hard drives can be either 2.5" or 3.5".
An ideal option (other than the cost) Mac Mini Server. Theoretically (only theoretically) it can be Atom and even a Router or smart NAS (since no more than three people will work with the web interface), provided that the disks are assembled in RAID1.
Please advise the model (or case and specific accessories)
Thank you.

If done properly in a normal cabinet, then you can Supermicro 1U CSE-502L-200B chassis + Supermicro motherboard X7SPE-HF-D525

I do not know a ready-made solution for your task, but I can recommend this:
motherboard - ASRock PV530, there is no RAID controller in it, but I think you can make a software RAID 1 if you are not confused;
mini-ITX case to choose from - www.mini-itx.ru/shop/index.php?categoryID=6.

What's wrong with the Mac Mini? Order the minimum refobish configuration there with delivery by mail and get i5 at a price of 15,000 rubles. Change the memory and disk and get a machine at a very attractive price. You won't find one here.
In general, I personally like ZOTAC ZBOX ... but they are also not cheap in i5 ...

I once studied this issue for a specific task of a slightly different kind. But, nevertheless ...
I can advise an excellent silent, economical in consumption and small-sized unit, ideal for the role of a small server
www.aleutia.com/products/t1-silent-fanless-pc There
is no RAID controller in it, but, as I understand it , if you really need it, you can fasten two disks under the order and arrange software RAID without any problems.
