What microphone to take for Skype?

Good afternoon, what kind of laptop can you recommend for skype communication. I’m sitting in a coworking space, I can’t scream much for obvious reasons, and for which I can hear it quietly when communicating with customers. And one more thing, I have a laptop, only one headphone jack, what about connecting a microphone. Or are there microphones that connect via USB?

Wangyu, you have a combined microphone + headphone connector on your laptop (like on a phone).
