What metrics to use when evaluating the work of a designer or UX designer?

How to understand that the projector is doing his job successfully. And most importantly, how to measure it?
What are the responsibilities:
1. Storymapping, business model formation with the customer
2. Conceptual design of the main pages together with the designer
3. Detailed page design
4. Setting tasks for designers and developers, quality control
Iterative work (still in agile)
Any ideas?

1. The level of solving business problems and fulfilling project KPIs.
2. Clarity of TK for developers (the number of errors and rework due to misunderstanding).
3. Completeness of the TOR (the number of improvements after the TOR).
4. The level of argumentation of decisions (on the basis of which this or that decision was made).
