Do you know the algorithm for checking the idea of the target audience?

Good day!
I am an ordinary average office plankton who dreams of owning his own business, and preferably a startup with a “new explosive idea without competition”. Project management skills and easy access to the initial investment gained during the work allow me to think that you need to act-error-act, and then you can achieve the goal!
Now closer to the point. Business ideas periodically appear in my head, I put them on the list for further study. I want to upgrade myself in customer development so that I can test all these ideas and gain experience in this area, and leave all other areas to co-founders and freelancers.
Colleagues, share your knowledge and experience on this topic. Interested in the following topics:
- useful theoretical material (articles, books, can be in English);
- what factors can be used to assess the viability of an idea;
- how to get access to the feedback of the target audience, namely what sources exist (forums, social networks groups, how to get access to them, how to ask the right question, or is it better to make an MVP and only test the client’s need on it), what sources quickly allow you to get communication, which ones are cheap and which ones are of high quality, etc.;
- anything else that you consider very important and would be useful;
In order to somehow reduce the degree of uncertainty of the issue, it would be useful to consider these issues using the example of a service where there are two groups of users (for example, a coupon service, exchanges, bookings, etc.).
I would be grateful for a full detailed answer, I think such an instruction will be useful to all people who have ideas, but do not know how to test them!
PS I'm ready to put 500 rubles on the phone 3 with the most complete and practically useful answers. I understand that the money is small and will not cover the time you spent, but it will be a small gratitude to a big thank you!

1) The market and only the market. Make a bar - see how many people eat around and at what prices. Make a booking - read the statistics, how much you fly where and how much you spend. It seems that everything is obvious, but the market must be evaluated.
2) Competitive analysis powerbranding.ru/competition/analiz-konkurentov-primer
3) Set a goal to occupy a part of the market, structure your target audience - (by age, by preferences, by finances). Choose your target audience (and accordingly set a goal - there are 2,000 such people in the market structure of users. I want them on my site
4) Study the target audience in the selected segment - what they read, what they watch (Village, Channel One, BBC, Mordovia News)
5) Think budget, taking into account discounts, seasonality, etc., etc. ... for about a year
6) Determine the monetization model and calculate the break-even point
7) Set up statistics (Anflytics, Metrica, phone) - study user behavior daily
8) Repeat points 4-7

1. Create a landing page with an email form, and the price at which you will sell about the imminent launch of a SUPER MEGA COOL USEFUL project, on which you merge traffic from Direct by setting it to your target audience.
2. See how many emails have been collected in EH-days, and what is the MDG
3. Think about whether to do or not to do.
4. PROFIT.
Better spend money on Yandex.Direct

Direct is good. But, if the idea is new and without competition, then people may not type it in the search.
You can indirectly show those who are looking for something close.
I would add social media targeting. Minus - never a hot target audience.
Also, I think, you should not ask questions like "whether the idea will work", they will douse it with everything possible.
Make a business plan.
Show/tell friends. Ask to ask tricky questions in order to understand the viability of the idea and readiness for various troubles.
Make a landing page, a group with the message "Pre-order now, with a XX% discount", start advertising. View the number of applications.
