I noticed that the specialty of a SCRUM master in IT companies has recently become quite in demand on the labor market. I studied the description for similar vacancies on HH in search of answers to questions - what is it and how, and as a result I received even more questions.
Therefore, I turn to the already existing Scrum Masters with a list of questions:

Some of them may seem silly, but in interviews sometimes even worse questions are asked.

What is your path to becoming a Scrum Master?

Programmer -> PM -> Scrum master
When I became a project, I started observing teamwork and realized the full benefits of Agile values, including the Scrum framework
If we talk about the Agile world, then we are talking about vertical development more or less aside, becoming more experienced, the Scrum Master takes on more responsibility in helping teams and companies, he trains beginner Scrum Masters, implements agile in more complex teams, and td, so if we talk about vertical development, this is probably Agile coaching
I like to watch how the team becomes a single organism and achieves incredible results.
Although as of today, I'm not only SM, so maybe not the most targeted sample for this question)

If you follow the agile path, then Scrum Master is not a position. This is a role. This means that any member of the Scrum team who knows all the Scrum processes well can be a Scrum Master in parallel with other activities. If you know what SCRUM is, then you should understand that the actions of the Scrum Master cannot take full time. This means that the position, which is so called, involves some other work. Perhaps you misunderstood and in vacancies we are talking only about the experience of a Scrum Master.

If the inscriptions are purely decorative, then pulling 6-7 full fonts, of course, makes no sense.
1. You can bite out of the fonts in a small subset literally into the few characters that make up the inscription. Weigh a sort of cropped font will be units of kilobytes. Further we encode in base64 and everything is easily loaded.
2. You can make it an SVG image.
3. You can use a raster image, giving a margin of 2-3 times the resolution for any retina and scaling. If there are few colors in the inscription, it will weigh a little.
Personally, I'm for the latter option.
