Agile is a way of thinking. Read about it on the Internet, starting with the manifesto and 12 corollaries from it.
But if you are interested in frameworks built in accordance with Agile, then this is another completely different task. A lot of them. Lean, Scrum, Agile Modeling, Crystal, DAD and others. It will take a long time to master any of them. In the Specialist, the Scrum-only course takes 4 full days, for example.

Keep two useful links:
1) habrahabr.ru/company/scrumtrek/blog/201740 - a set of useful literature. From these guys, by the way, you can take courses on agile development methodologies with certificates from ICAgile (we took it, we liked it).
2) megamozg.ru/post/1536 - an excellent book, short and to the point.

Comprehensive Agile knowledge is as follows:
We are uncovering better ways of developing
software by doing it and helping others do it.
Through this work we have come to value:

Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on
the right, we value the items on the left more.
There is nothing else in the Agile-mindset: these are the four principles and common sense considerations. Surely you already know this and you just need to correctly formulate the question. I will try to help: Why did you need to learn agile? What do you want to achieve by studying it?
