What lighting is best for eye health? LED / CFL / Halogen / ..?

Hello,
I have to replace the chandelier in the room where I work at the computer, with paper documents, and read books.
Question : what type of bulbs to choose so that their light has the least negative impact on vision?

There is flicker in LED lighting, and the pencil test even shows a strobe. Whether this will be in the new chandelier is of course a question ... But many sources point to the negative effect of flicker on eye health ( one , two , or a Google query "LED flicker ...")

Ultra-violet comes from fluorescent lamps, which is bad for eye. And it's more of an office setting.

PS breaks at work, eye exercises, proper nutrition and sports, of course, are present, but are not included in the topic of this question.

Halogens are better if you don't mind the higher power consumption and shorter lifespan.
And so, a simple option is a chandelier for standard E27 or E14 and choose high-quality LED lamps for a long time by typing. To speed up the selection, you can read https://habr.com/ru/company/lamptest/blog/

Quality LEDs do not flicker at all. Choose from lamptest.ru, with a color rendering index of 80 or higher, flicker-free and with good brightness

In general, warm lamps are recommended, because the human body perceives the yellow warm spectrum better because it is similar to the sun and less depressive.
