What kind of RAMs were used on older HP machines?

Like DDR2 SDRAM, PC3200U. But the key does not match any other DDR2 RAM that you can buy in the store. Although the number of contacts is the same, visually, they have the same size.
The question is: what kind of form factor is this (at the right bar), and what kind of analog can be used instead of it, respectively?
HP Compaq dx6120mt system unit. Nanya operative.

compared it with DDR and DDR2 sticks. Everyone's keys are different. And this is definitely not DDR

The key determined the supply voltage, there are 3 types / locations of the keys.
