What is wrong with my profile / CV?

Good night
Link to profile
I can't figure out why they don't give me the first order. The profile seems to be done well. Tests, portfolio, overview - everything is in place. It turns out that the problem is in the CV?
I write my CV like this:

  • Greetings
  • Who am I, name, experience
  • How long will the customer's project take
  • If you have questions, ask
  • I offer trial paid work
  • goodbye

Somehow I'm fighting for an order and they never sent an invite to an interview
. What could be the problem?
Thanks

How to start
"Hmm, your work is similar to one I've done before" => link to the work from work history or portfolio
"Your assignment is exactly the same as part of my last project, which I turned in a couple of hours ago"
This is the first offer in cover letter. Clings very often.
"I have a couple of questions for you ..." => write here like give examples, show your source / receiver, etc. Usually, 2-3 points, the rest is discussed at the interview
"Your work will take me 2-3 hours. I want N USD for it. Estimated prices and terms are approximate, we will discuss the final part at the interview"
Final part
"If my You are interested in the offer, invite me for an interview"
You answer additional questions that already go in separate fields in the proposal, such as whether you had experience working with any one, throw off proofs of work on such and such a topic, etc.

Invites are sent by profiles from feedback, you are not bidding the work upworkest.ru correctly
