Hello.
Do I understand correctly that the commission for receiving funds from upwork to paypal will cost
1$ (upwork) + 3.9% + 0.4% + 0.3$ (for receiving funds) + 4% (for converting $ into rubles)

no other fees

In addition to $1, there is no commission, but they are immediately transferred to rubles at a rate 5-10% lower than the current one.
