Hard disks

What is wrong with my HDD?

I have a laptop, about 1.5-2 years with me in active work. Frequent recording and rewriting. Recently, after the next reinstallation of Windows 10, strong lags appeared. In monitoring, I noticed that it was not the CPU, not the GPU, and not the RAM that was loading (I never had any problems with it), but the hard drive.

Went to CrystalDiskInfo to see what was wrong. I saw "Alarm!". But what's wrong?

It seems that there are no reassigned zones. (As I understand from the forums, you need to look at the Raw value, and there is 0)
So what's wrong, can you tell me and how to solve it? There is a lot of important data on the disk, and there is not enough space where you can put them, and I can’t buy a new one at the moment, especially a laptop one.

Full of clouds.
Or free or penny.
Otherwise, you would have done something long ago.

The disk is the easiest to replace - it is not so expensive, preferably on an SSD, and do not forget about backup, incl. into the clouds - it is inexpensive, the sleep becomes calm, and the hair is thick and silky. Don't waste time figuring out what happened to the disk - like any mechanical device, all disks are prone to failure - replace and move on.
