How to recover a file after chkdisk?

After running the standard chkdisk utility with subsequent recovery (such as: chdisk found errors on your disk, click repair to fix them)
The 30GB file disappeared and began to weigh 0. (encrypted disk image)

In short: I don't know, I used 5 programs for recovery + Total Commander
I was able to recover a deleted folder
I couldn't recover the encrypted file, or rather find it.
Mb it was a veracrypt cant (who knows) but it doesn’t matter
Everything is restored perfectly from the cloud and from other media
From myself I recommend Active File Recovery (it’s like R studio, it’s more convenient at times, but slower)
I found something that other
R Studio didn’t find either, nothing, the current interface is inconvenient

You can try your luck inside the "found.000" directory at the root of the disk if it says at the end that the lost clusters have been converted to files.
And how did you manage to screw up the FS like that?
