Found this board.

Help determine what it is and what can be done with it if it is working? It has a usb port, microusb, a headphone jack, power, a card reader, an IR receiver (it looks like I could be wrong), a connector with the inscription spk + - (speaker), two connectors for 2 and 4 pins, a memory chip from Samsung, a small battery , a button, when pressed, the current consumption increases sharply (does the device turn on?), On the reverse side there is a wide connector for connecting a loop (display?).
